Walked in to order something "not so typical" for a funeral. Both Heather and the woman who helped me were super sweet and knowledgable. The arrangement I asked for turned out beautiful! I will definitely be back, and will refer friends!

Terrible Customer Service! They didn't deliver my basket as ordered, and they didn't want to discuss with me the issue. Her exact words when I called to inquire about it were, "You're just going to have to figure it out on your own." She told me that she would contact me back, and it has been all day. I haven't heard back from anyone. They ruined a special occasion for a client, and they don't seem to care at all. I tried to contact the company that their online ordering is through, and I received terrible, rude service from them, as well. They kept interrupting me and eventually tod me that I was just going to have to wait on a refund. This was a $100 order, and I expected to at least be treated like they cared that they dropped the ball and didn't deliver the order. I have still not received a refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
