As a physician for many years, I have interacted with many other doctors and dentists. Dr Erney's communication skills are excellent and his dental skills seem to also be excellent. He recently persevered till he found the cause of my dental pain then painlessly extracted a tooth that was split in two below the gum line.
Dr Erney is the first dentist I have been to in several years. He was polite and to the point, and gave me a referral to another dentist. What I experienced after leaving the exam chair was the worst ever.. He gave me very little meds for pain. Upon arriving at the pharmacy I called and asked why? The secretary said He only gives a few at a time, to call back when I needed more, and to make appointment with referral. In which both I did as directed. 1 week after receiving script for 5 pain meds and setting up appointment with the referral, I called to get refill since I dont have the money to due whats needed for a few weeks. When I asked she said she would call me back, after waiting an additional day I had to call back myself. Dr. said no refills call new dentist to get refills. So as directed I called new dentist, in which they said until they have seen me as a patient Dr. Erney is responsible for my care. So now still in pain, and no meds I'm loosing all faith in the dentistry world. I strongly feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of by Dr. Erney and his staff. I would highly recommend You use anyone other then him. Horrible experience.
