Only has one of a "pair" of shoes my daughter wanted. Said they would find it and call. I called the next day, said even the manager was looking, would call. Next day I called again. Never found it
Don't waste taking your clothes to this store. Staff was rude. Claimed clothes had holes and stains. (they did not). Our clothes hadn't been gone through. Still folded and bagged the same as they were brought in. I will NEVER buy anything from this store. 100 percent thumbs down.
I took in brand new clothes from the buckle and they rudely told me that they weren't in style and that they had stains... they didn't have any stains. the pockets of the Big star jeans were frayed(that was the style) they told me they were ripped and they couldn't take them. They said they needed handbags and purses I took a $350 Michael Kors and they said it wasn't clean enough and it was in absolute great condition.
I can always count on Plato's Closet to find the newest styles, trendiest fashions in my size everytime i come! It is hard for me to find my size being 5"1" but Plato's is a guarantee! I'm here at least every week and always happy with the service, staff and of course my store coupons!!!
Wish they would have more plus size clothes to choose from. But great place to buy clothes if your size 14 and under.
