Made a reservation for a pickup three days in advance, however, when I show up at 08:00 on the day of the reservation I am told they only have one pickup and it will not be available until the afternoon. Their reservation system does not guarantee that you will actually be able to rent a vehicle since they allow multiple bookings for the same vehicle. Disappointed and a waste of my time.
