The customer service is fine. Too many people only one branch here.
So not fan of the BOA...
Services was good when u first open accounts but then went down hill from that point on...
The worst BOA you could possibly ever go to. Most of the time I go through the drive thru and I generally spend 20minutes minimum in line of no more than two people in front of me. Their customer service is terrible. The lobby service is just as slow as the drive thru. I absolutely hate this bank and they need to step it up! In addition, stay open later like the rest of the banks!
The worst bank ever, customer service suck,, They put you on hold for a hour only to hang the phone up. I will never bank with them again..
Waited 1 hour and accomplished nothing at all thanks to the incompetence/lack of organization at this branch.
