Called in an order for my father, who lives in town, to pick up on Father's Day. Being something of a recluse, he didn't make it out until Monday and was told there was no order for him. However, when he called back and told them it was supposed to have been picked up on Sunday, they offered to re-make the order for him at no extra charge! What great service! Thanks for helping me make my Father's Day memorable with his favorite cookies even though I'm so far away
